Does Anyone Feel Stuck In Their Job?
by love2Bworldly indoes anyone hate their job but feel like they would be throwing away a good thing if they quit?
i'm working at my 3rd state agency in 4 years and have been unhappy at every one of them--usually because i don't have enough work to do and feel like a hamster on a wheel waiting for the paycheck, and i'm so bored!.
i'm scared to quit the state job because i have a large family, and this affords me great medical benefits and retirement benefits.. any advice?

It sure will be great when paradise finally gets here! whoooo. We can have real jobs building each others houses and stuff. And we can eat some huge fruit tooooo! I can't wait to wrestle with the big cats. (said with tongue in cheek)

I've heard the Mexican government are actually taking the illegals to a stretch of border that is not being patrolled by these volunteers. I don't care if people want to come to this country, I just want them to come over legally.

"So I digress.... I'm sure you bought a house in the sticks for a good reason JT... but the fact of the matter is energy is a precious commodity. The Chinese are also part of the reason energy is high. They will be competing for our petro-dollar. So my advice is to sell you gas guzzler or at least have one car in your family that get's 38 mpg on the road so you aren't too hard pinched by this issue. High energy prices are here to last for a few years. " Evil, I live in a city who's city council blew a chance to bring in a Wal-Mart distribution center because they didnt want to give big business a tax break hence they built somewhere else and we lost a chance of 700 jobs. Therefore I have to commute to a larger city to the North for decent job to raise my family. I also drive a car that get around 30 mpg. Its just frustrating that they could raise the price of gas as much as they want and I have to pay.

I heard on talk radio today that there is a 22,000 backorder on the hybrids. Just wondering but, do you people in Canada pay health insurance or is it a pay at the pump thing? As far as riding a bike, Yeah right! I commute 38 miles a day to work one way.
